Marc Anthony's Back On With Much Younger Girlfriend (PHOTOS)

Looks like Marc Anthony and his much younger girlfriend, Chloe Green, are giving love a second chance.

Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband was spotted in Saint-Tropez, France, this weekend with his 22-year-old girlfriend, from whom he reportedly split last April.

The two first went public in February as the singer, 44, took his twins Max and Emme to Disneyland and Green joined. It was then explained that Green's father, founder of British clothing retailer Topshop, has been friends with Anthony for a long time.

"Chloe's devastated," a source close to the heiress said after their breakup. "They've split and she didn't see it coming at all. She's surrounding herself with friends and they're trying to comfort her, but she's really upset."

Luckily for her, Anthony must have had a change of heart. The singer was not only spotted holding hands with Green on Friday, but he was seen walking with his arm around her mother Tina as well.

PHOTOS: Bradley Cooper Is Definitely Dating 20-Year-Old Model

Major PDA alert!

Bradley Cooper, 38, and his no-longer-rumored girlfriend Suki Waterhouse, a 20-year-old British model, were spotted getting very close and very personal at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships yesterday.

The couple watched as Jerzy Janowicz battled Andy Murray out on the court (spoiler: Murray won).

After some months of speculation, Cooper took his rumored romance with Waterhouse public when he brought her as his date to the Spike TV Guys' Choice awards last month. But even then, the couple kept their distance from each other in front of the cameras, perhaps foreseeing the criticism that'll result from their 18-year age difference.

Clearly, that wasn't the case this weekend.

In the past, the hunky "Silver Linings Playbook" actor has been liked to Renee Zellweger and Zoe Saldana. His very pretty new ladylove used to date British musician Miles Kane.

PHOTOS: Jill Scott Rocks Dental Bling

Jill Scott hit the 2013 Essence Festival stage Friday night and like you'd expect she dazzled the crowd with her sultry voice and heartfelt tunes. But the Grammy Award-winning singer, who was dressed in a mint green jumpsuit and a colorful printed wrap, decided to add an extra dose of shine via a gold grill.

"My grill is intended to be discreet," Jill said during a press conference after her performance. "It's there because I enjoy jewelry."

The glitzy dental accessories are adored by rappers not R&B songstresses like Jill. But we've gotta say, she looked dope with the flash of solid gold covering her bottom row of teeth. And the 41-year-old said she has several of the Paul Wall-designed baubles.

"I've been enjoying playing with fashion--gold grills and diamond grills have just become a part of that," Jill said.

And when asked what has influenced her style, Jill pointed to the movie classic "Mahogany." Taking cues from Diana Ross's glamorous portrayal of Tracy is way better than those Cirque Du Soleil-esque getups we've seen the "Golden" singer rock. Jill also made sure to shoutout her glam squad: stylist Steven Kinlock, and hairstylist Felicia Leatherwood

"I just think fashion is about enjoying yourself and being comfortable in your skin and allowing you to be you--all the way live," Jill explained. "I'm going to keep playing with it because it's a lot of fun. You'll see thirty different hairstyles, at least, in the next year."

PHOTOS: Ireland Baldwin Does NOT Look 17

Ireland Baldwin looked well beyond her 17 years dressed in a glamorous, strapless gown at the amFAR Inspiration Gala on Thursday.

The teenage Baldwin stunned in a lot-cut, off-the-shoulders DSquared frock for the event held at New York City's Plaza Hotel on June 13. She kept her makeup simple and styled her hair in a loose up-do. Standing at 6-feet, 2-inches tall, the aspiring model looked like the spitting image of her gorgeous mother, Kim Basinger, the New York Post notes.

This isn't the first time the blond beauty has turned heads. Her personal photos -- which include shots of her wearing bikinis, exercising and hanging out with her dog -- have become quite popular on social media sites. Although she told Vanity Fair she tries to be careful about what she posts, "at the same time it’s kind of fun not to be too careful," she said.

For a model-in-the-making, it makes sense Baldwin would want to share some snapshots.

Modeling isn't the only career she has set her sights on. During a recent interview with "Access Hollywood," Baldwin said she plans to get into acting as well. Her parents have already supported the decision.

(Reuters) - Former Beatle Ringo Starr is lifting the lid on a collection of previously unseen photographs of the Fab Four in their heyday from his personal collection, in a new photography book due out next month.

"Photograph," which will be released as an e-book on Apple's iBookstore on June 12, will coincide with a Grammy Museum exhibit on Starr, entitled "Ringo: Peace & Love," the book's publishers said on Wednesday.

A limited-edition hand-bound book signed by Starr will be available for purchase in December.

The book will include photographs from the musician's childhood in Liverpool, England, to his road to fame as part of the Fab Four, with Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison.

"These are shots that no one else could have," Starr, 72, said in a statement.

Highlights from the collection include behind-the-scenes candids of the Beatles in their daily lives and Starr's travel photography as the band toured the world.

Starr has also recorded videos featuring commentary to accompany the e-book.

PHOTOS: Beyonce Headlines Charity Concert For Women

LONDON ? Beyonce and a few famous friends ? including John Legend, Jennifer Lopez and Madonna ? turned the home of English rugby into a fortress for women's rights at a star-studded charity concert.

Beyonce headlined a concert at Twickenham rugby stadium in London in support of Chime for Change, a campaign set up to help empower girls and women around the world.

The singer, sporting a slinky leather body suit, had the 50,000-strong crowd in a frenzy when she performed "Crazy In Love" ? joined onstage by husband Jay-Z.

She also performed hits including "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)," "Run The World (Girls)," "Halo" and the Destiny's Child classic "Survivor."

"It's time for change. Let's chime for change. This is such an incredible night for me," said the 31-year-old star.

Earlier, Simon Le Bon performed with Timbaland, and J-Lo and Mary J. Blige sang The Beatles' "Come Together," as a raft of stars united for the Sound of Change Live show, which also featured John Legend, Florence + The Machine and Rita Ora.

Madonna, Freida Pinto, Aishwarya Rai, Jada Pinkett Smith, James Franco, Ryan Reynolds, Jessica Chastain and feminist icon Gloria Steinem were among the presenters. Even Prince Harry sent a videotaped message of support.

Beyonce is co-founder, with actress-producer Salma Hayek Pinault and Gucci creative director Frida Giannini, of the charity, which supports projects improving access to education, health care and justice for women.

Partner organizations include UNICEF, the Global Fund for Women and Plan International.

Giannini said she was grateful for Prince Harry's involvement, because "it's very important in projects like that, talking about women that some very strong male personalities are with us."

Hayek Pinault said Beyonce was the best possible ambassador for the cause.

"Do you know that everybody in her band is a girl?" she said. "I mean talk about woman power."
